Bitstop Inc worked with Dagupan City Hall to deploy their call center operations under City Mayor Al S. Fernandez. The City Hall call center is envisioned to speed delivery of vital services to the citizens of Dagupan.

Bitstop Inc used call center Ready PABX system with fully digitized Customer Relationship Management System to handle the expected flow of calls to the City Hall call center. Photo shows Mr Joseph Sto Domingo and Larry Munoz in the brand new call center.
